Cassidy Dress

Cute and easy burnout velvet dress, with three-quarter length sleeves. The neckline features a small ruffle, and a hook & eye closure at the front slit for adjustability. There is smocking at the back waist for a more customized fit, and an adjustable waist tie. The main body is lined, and the sleeves are unlined for a sheer effect. Sleeves have elastic at the opening.
