UPS Ground: Complimentary

UPS 2-Day:  $25.00

UPS Overnight: $35.00

2-Day and Overnight shipping are not available for Saturday deliveries or USPS boxes. All orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday.

2-Day Shipping placed on Thursdays after 2:00 PM and Fridays before 2:00 PM will be delivered the following Tuesday. Overnight orders placed on Thursdays after 2:00 PM and Fridays before 2:00 PM will be delivered the following Monday.

Shoshanna is unable to guarantee expedited shipping requests if order is placed later than 2PM EST. Please note orders can only be cancelled within one hour of placing the order. If the order is cancelled after one hour, it will be shipped and our normal return policy will be in effect.

When placing your Shoshanna.com order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays or expedited orders placed after 2pm EST will ship on the next business day.

Shoshanna.com will provide a UPS tracking number once your order has shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date.
When placing your order please be aware that UPS does not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery services. Please note that Shoshanna cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

International Shipping Available. Price varies depending on weight and address. If you would like to do International Shipping, please email customerservice@shoshanna.com before placing your order.

Duty and Taxes – The recipient (the party receiving goods) is responsible for all custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.
