Adorable, velvet burnout, short dress with elastic waist. Neckline is finished with ruffle detail and a front slit with hook and eye closure. The bodice has a slight blouson and ¾ balloon sleeves with encased elastic at the edge. The flowy skirt has a shirred tier and a ruffled hemline, which gives it beautiful movement.
