Beautiful flowy top with shoulder ruffles and voluminous sleeves with encased elastic on the openings. This style is made in a multi-color metallic feather clip fabric and has a ruffle at the neckline with a CB hook and eye closure. Body has a cami lining. Sleeve unlined.
