Adorable velvet burnout mini dress with elastic waist. Neckline is finished with front slit ruffle detail. Bodice has a slight blouson and ¾ balloon sleeves with encased elastic at the openings. Flowy skirt has a shirred tier and a ruffled hemline, which gives it beautiful movement. Bodice has cami lining and skirt is fully lined. Sleeve unlined. Slip in.
