Velvet burnout dress with elastic waist. Neckline is finished with ruffle detail and a front slit with hook and eye closure. Bodice has a slight blouson and balloon ¾ sleeves with encased elastic at edge. Flowy skirt has a shirred tier and a ruffled hemline, which gives it beautiful movement. Bodice has cami lining and skirt is fully lined. Sleeve unlined. Slip on.
